How To Use NSLOOKUP to View DNS Records

Definition:  nslookup  is a network administration command-line tool available in many computer operating systems for querying the Domain Name System (DNS) to obtain domain name or IP address mapping, or other DNS records. You may find the need to check the status of your domains DNS records, or check the Name Servers to see which records the servers are pulling.   Launch  Windows Command Prompt  by navigating to  Start > Command Prompt  or via  Run  >  CMD . Type  NSLOOKUP  and   Enter .  The default Server is set to your local DNS, the Address will be your local IP. Set the DNS Record type you wish to lookup by typing  set type=##  where ## is the record type, then hit  Enter .  You may use  A ,  AAAA ,  A+AAAA ,  ANY ,  CNAME ,  MX ,  NS ,  PTR ,  SOA , or  SRV  as the record type. How to solve the MS SQL log size issue? I have noticed that ServiceManagement_log file size on SCSM DB server is above 150 GB. How to solve it? is it normal?
